About this project

The owner of this property made contact with JEB Build on the recommendation of a local real estate broker. The initial design was discussed between JEB Build and the client, following the recommendation of the builder to engage a local architect, Harley Graham Architects completed the design.

This was a major renovation to the existing duplex on Marine Parade Wategos. JEB Build provided both build and interior design service, the result being beautiful light filled holiday duplexes that include 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; 2 kitchens; 2 outdoor entertaining patios; 2 timber carports; covered deck and landscaping.
